The CymaSpace Board of Directors provides strategic governance, fiscal stewardship, and community advocacy, ensuring our mission remains deeply rooted in Deaf culture, intersectional diversity, and accessibility.
Andre Gray
Andre Gray is an independent filmmaker POC who resides in Portland, Oregon. Andre is the Cafe Manager for the Woodstock Sign Language Cafe and Community Center and Art Director for the CymaSpace Outreach program which manages the volunteers and Deaf BIPOC podcasting program. Andre Gray has produced documentaries, mini doc stories, and short films and corroborates with a number of regional and nationally-known Deaf artists.
Susan Anderson
Susan Anderson is a valuable Deaf assistant in her many roles and stagehand for our productions. Susan is very active in the Deaf community and has a keen interest in technology that can benefit Deaf people. Susan travels with the support crew on location to set up sound and light equipment at venues. Susan previously served as the Board Treasurer.
Rae Davis
Rae is a trans masculine advocate for autistic and disabled artists, specializing in recycled art creations.
Lennox Zher
Lennox is a trans masculine Deaf body-positivity advocate with a photography background.
Mariya Klintsevich
Mariya works with Deaf children in California through childhood development programs.
Scott Kalama
Scott is a Native American artist who produces music in Indigenous languages.
